This company is doing a very complicated scam by cancelling tickets and getting refunds on behalf of the customer. Yes they’re legit and they try with their customer service, but it’s not as smooth as buying direct from airline. I recommend being absolutely sure you get your trip /passenger details right the first time because it’s annoying to change your reservation afterwards.
